• We will depart Dublin and drive a little over an hour to The Deerstone. The afternoon will be spent getting acquainted with the retreat center, enjoying a welcoming ceremony, gentle yoga, and delicious dinner.

• Tuesday morning we will rejuvenate our energy with yoga, sauna, cold plunge, & nourishing meals. After lunch, we will take a short drive to Beyond the Trees and Ireland’s longest slide. We will end the day with Yin Yoga and Reiki followed by a delicious dinner.

• Wednesday we will be guided on a beautiful 3+ hour hike in the beautiful Glendalough Valley.
Upon return, we will have free time, massages, and a restorative yoga class. We will enjoy an amazing dinner, followed by a campfire with s’mores.

Thursday, June 4th

• Thursday is your day. You choose. Invitation to stay at The Deerstone, enjoy your massage, take take a bike ride, read a book; take the day to rest. Or Explore! We will email our guests a handful of activities within an hour distance of the retreat center. We like to give a day for guests to have time to themselves and explore on their own if they would like to. Please note - any exploration outside of the retreat is not included in the retreat package. The Thursday schedule below will be what it is included in our retreat.

All details are thought out, from beautiful healthy meals, your morning and evening yoga, and plenty of options for mid day activities.
