At night, the mountains illuminate to give this room a warm, cozy feel. Eastern and Southern views means lots of light throughout the day while you stare out at the Green Mountains in the distance. This room has a private full bathroom next door accessed through the hallway.

Larch flooring, a wood traditionally found in Europe but also grown in Vermont. Newly milled pine cladding. Two hundred year old hemlock headboard design. Yin & Reiki at Soleil’s Salt Cave 10/16

The Reiki training with Katie and Jackie was an incredible, next-level experience. They were highly knowledgeable, warm, and inviting. I would wholeheartedly recommend their upcoming retreats to anyone truly looking to enhance their life.

Jackie and Katey are wonderful. They are very caring and kind. Well organized. Great venue.

Yin  & Reiki at Soleil’s Salt Cave ~ 7/24 • 6 pm

This training was truly special! We had a great group of women who were all eager to learn Reiki. The training was also set in a quaint farmhouse with a relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this training to anyone interested in learning more about Reiki. Jackie and Katie are just wonderful teachers!

This retreat was the perfect way to start 2025 with wellness and warm friendship at the forefront. The location is breathtaking and the lodge is next level hygge vibes. Every space feels cozy and inviting and the Ayurvedic meals were so delicious. Katie and Jackie are amazing hosts and guides for each person’s yoga journey individually and each person’s intention for retreating. The amazing reiki elevates the yoga practice. The energy the entire experience is nurturing and nourishing for mind, body and soul. With gratitude for an amazing experience, Valerie 

Winter Wellness Retreat - Stowe, Vermont

It was a special weekend, loved everything!  From the skillfully led yoga sessions and Reiki, the communication leading up to and during the retreat, the seamless and organized flow from one activity to another, to picking the perfect location - Jackie and Katie did it all!

What a wonderful retreat! I hope there are more opportunities for these! 

Flow Into Stillness

I had a fantastic afternoon of yoga, stillness, conversation, lunch, tea, Reiki and more yoga! It was exactly what I needed as we embrace the busy holiday weeks ahead.  The day was well organized and our host were fabulous.
