Thursday, December 11th at 6 pm join us for 90 minutes of Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra at Soleil's Salt Cave in Exeter, N.H.

You will be lead through a gentle yin yoga practice with extra hands on assists and reiki by Katie & Jackie. The evening will conclude with a beautiful Yoga Nidra, also known as "Yogic Sleep" inside this magical Salt Cave.

Bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be provided. Please dress comfortably. Space is Limited!
